トケイソウ Passion flower

花が水平に放射状に開き、時計の文字盤のように咲くことに由来します。ハーブとして、鎮痛・精神安定・抗痙攣・不眠の緩和・血圧の降下・ヒステリーやノイローゼの緩和・更年期障害など「精神や痛みを静める」働きがあるといわれています。花言葉は「聖なる愛」

Passion flower

The name derived from the flower opens horizontally and radially resembles a dial plate. It is one of the herbs considered  "soothes the mind and pain" and used for symptoms such as pain relief, mental stability, anticonvulsions, relief of insomnia, drop of blood pressure, relief of hysteria and neurosis, menopausal disorder. The flower message is "sacred love".
