クサノオウ 

黄色の小ぶりな花がとってもキュート。ただし有毒成分を含むため植物体を傷つけると黄色い乳液を流し、それが皮膚に触れると炎症やかぶれを起こします。漢方薬ではつぼみの頃に刈り取った地上部を乾燥させたものを白屈菜と称し、特にいぼ取りや、水虫といった皮膚疾患、外傷の手当てに使用されたそうです。花言葉は「思い出」

Greater celandine

It blooms a very cute small yellow flower. However it contains toxic components so if the plant is damaged the yellow latex comes out which would cause skin irritation and rash when in contact. The dried aerial part which is harvested at the time of the bud called "Hakkutsusai" is used as Chinese herbal medicine, especially for taking care of the skin diseases such as removing warts, athlete's foot and wounds. The flower message is "memory".
