アキノキリンソウ Solidago

黄色い小花がぎっしり集まって咲く姿がとても可愛らしく、中の蜜をハチから保護するために、絹のような綿毛がそれを包んでいます。若葉は食用可であり、水にさらした後和え物やおひたしにしたり、陰干しにしたものは薬用にもなります。花言葉は「用心」
