夏の高山植物で花には綿毛が密生して、まるで羊毛をかぶったかのように見えます。花は星のように長く、白い花びらを伸ばし、実際の花は中心の黄色い部分になります。古くから消化器及び呼吸器疾患に対する処方薬として民間療法で使用されてきました。花言葉は「大切な思い出」

Leontopodium

It is a summer alpine plant and the flowers are densely fluffed which make them look as if they are covered with wool. The flower is long like a star with stretched white petals but the actual flower is the yellow part in the center. It has long been used in folk remedies as a prescription drug for digestive and respiratory diseases. The flower message is “an important memory”.
