2019.12.24 Tuesday～ヤドリギ Korean mistletoe

Good morning! Today is December 24, 2019, it is going to be a wonderful weather on this Christmas Eve here in Nagoya, Japan. The warm days are continuing and I hope it is helping all of my plants in my little garden to grow.

ヤドリギ 

種が果実の内部にある粘りに包まれています。他の落葉樹に寄生してその幹から養分などを吸い取って生息します。花言葉は「困難に打ち勝つ」

Korean mistletoe

The seeds are wrapped in gluey thing inside the fruit. It is a parasitic plant that sucks nutrients from other deciduous tree to survive. The flower message is "Overcome the difficulties".
