2020.01.31 Friday～マサキ Japanese spindle

Good morning! Today is January, 31, 2020, yes it is the last  day of the month and it is going to be sunny but cold day here in Nagoya, Japan. The cold winter is back and the strong wind hit last night. I can't wait to see my plants in my little garden for the weekend checkup.

秋に橙赤色の種子が顔を出し、葉は厚く革質で強いつやがあります。 花言葉は「厚遇」

Japanese spindle

The orange-red seed pops up in autumn and the leaves have thick leather like texture and strong sheen. The flower message is "hospitality".
