2020.04.19 Sunday～デルフィニウム Delphinium

Good morning! Today is April 19, 2020, it is such a beautiful day here in Nagoya, Japan. It is  sunny, warm, absolutely cozy. I headed to my little garden this morning and trimmed some rosemary and fennel to make some herbal hangings. They bring great aroma in the house.🌸Flower of the day🌸

デルフィニウム

蕾の形がイルカに似ていて、花の形はツバメの飛ぶ姿に似ていると言われます。爽やかなブルーの花色が素敵ですね。花言葉は「清明」

Delphinium

It is said that a shape of buds look like a dolphin and a shape of flowers look like flying swallow. The flowers have beautiful fresh blue color. The flower message is "Lucid".
