2020.05.09 Saturday～アオキ Japanese aucuba

Good morning! Today is May 09, 2020, it is a gloomy day here in Nagoya, Japan. It is expected to drizzle during the day. I headed to my little garden this morning and gave all my herbs plenty of fertilizer. Some lavenders have started blooming and ready to harvest their wonderful aroma.

常緑性、耐寒性、耐陰性など色々な特徴を兼ね備えます。粒状の赤い実と光沢のある大きな葉が特徴です。

Japanese aucuba

It has many characteristic combined as being indeciduate, cold resistant, and shade tolerant. It blooms granular red fruits and big shiny leaves.
