Camellia ～ ツバキ

今日はツバキを刺繍しました。

Today's embroidery is Camellia.

Camellia is known as a source of youth and a divine tree which the psychic power resides

●花言葉： 控えめな優しさ

　Language of flower: modest sweetness

●利用部位： 種、若葉、花

　Usable parts: seeds, young leaves, flower

●主な効能： 種から取れる油は老化防止やコレステロールを減少、頭皮に栄養を与えて頭髪の育成を促す、陽射しから肌を守って潤いを与える、すりつぶした若葉の汁は切り傷、擦り傷、おでき、毒虫に刺されたときに。

　Efficacy: Oils retrieved from the seeds are used for anti-aging, lowering cholesterol, providing nutrients to the scalp, boosting hair growth, protecting the skin from the sunlight, and providing moisture, juice retrieved from the brayed young leaves is used for the cut, scratch, boil, insect bite.

●主な用途： 種から取れる油は食用、美容に。若葉はツバキ餅、花は天ぷら、花と葉を刻んで健康茶に。木部は木炭や媒染剤

　Usage: Oils retrieved from the seeds for edible and beauty use. Young leaves for "Tsubaki mochi" which is a Japanese sweet rice cake. Flowers for "tempura". Chopped flowers and leaves for a healthy tea. Woody portion for charcoal and dye mordant.
